How to cook Sausage and Eggs with Polenta in the Toaster Oven

In this easy cooking video, I cook some breakfast sausage and eggs with polenta in my toaster oven. I put the sausage and polenta in a lightly oiled 10 inch cast iron skillet and baked it in a 450 degree F oven for 15 minutes. Then I turned the sausage and polenta over, added 2 eggs, and let it cook for 2 more minutes.
