[Konnyaku Tataki]

[Ingredients]
Konnyaku...200-250g
Shiso leaves....5 pieces
Sesame oil...1 tablespoon
Garlic...2 cloves
Salt and pepper..., appropriate amount
Soy sauce...4 teaspoons
Vinegar...2 teaspoons
Japanese mustard...5-6cm
Black pepper...appropriate amount
Ajinomoto...4 shakes
[Preparation]
① Slice the garlic, wash the shiso leaves lightly, remove the water, and cut them into strips
② Pour 1 tablespoon of sesame oil into a frying pan, fry 2 cloves of garlic, make garlic chips, and remove them
③ Next, wash the konnyaku thoroughly with lukewarm water and wipe off the water with paper
④ Microwave the konnyaku for 1.5 minutes and remove the water
⑤ Meanwhile, make the sauce. For the sauce, add 4 teaspoons of soy sauce, 2 teaspoons of vinegar, 6cm of Japanese mustard, black pepper, and 4 shakes of Ajinomoto, and mix well.
⑥Then, cut the drained konnyaku into a grid pattern.
⑦Sprinkle salt and pepper on the konnyaku, and fry it well in the frying pan you used to make the garlic chips.
⑧Slice the grilled konnyaku, top with 5 shredded shiso leaves and garlic chips.
⑨Pour the sauce over it, sprinkle more black pepper, and enjoy.
