This time, we visited the popular cafe "No.4" in Kojimachi, Tokyo, which provided us with delicious bread at a previous study session! This cafe is the inspiration for making rye bread (Loblo) at "Hitopan Kobo". Hitopan Kobo is a small bakery located in Soya 3-chome, Ichikawa City, Chiba Prefecture.
Open every Saturday and Sunday from 8am.
We are particular about our ingredients, and use "Minami no Megumi" flour from Kumamoto, which has a strong sweetness and aroma.
The sugar is mineral-rich raw sugar from Kagoshima Prefecture.
We use Shima Mars salt from Okinawa.
