"Rolling char siu in the microwave"

■Ingredients (serves 2)
・10 slices of thinly sliced ​​pork belly
・Potato starch (to taste)
・2 tablespoons of sake
・3 tablespoons of yakiniku sauce
For garnishing
・Scallions (chopped) (to taste)
・White sesame seeds (to taste)

■Procedure
(1) Place one slice of pork vertically and roll it up from the front. Press it tightly with your hands to stick it together. Make a total of 10 pieces in the same way. Sprinkle potato starch all over.
(2) Place the end of the roll from step 1 down in a heat-resistant container and pour in the sake and yakiniku sauce. Cover with plastic wrap loosely and heat in a 600W microwave for 4 minutes, then remove and turn it over. Cover with plastic wrap loosely again and heat in a 600W microwave for 2-3 minutes until the meat is cooked through. Leave to cool. (Leaving it to cool will allow the flavors to blend even more.)
(3) Place in a bowl and sprinkle with chopped green onions and white sesame seeds.
