Plot:

Petey got an idea to destroy Dog Man by bringing back Flippy to him (Flippy also had new robotic improvements), so he stole Flippy, making Dog Man chase after Petey using a drone. However, Dog Man's drone was destroyed, so Petey got away with Flippy.
