The MK18 is one of the most recognizable firearms in the world. Made popular by SOCOM, Garand Thumb, and Trexarms. But does it live up to the hype? After 10 years of civilian use and about 10 different setups, here are my thoughts on how I tuned my pistol, set it up for 50 - 300 yard shooting, and started to transition it to a dedicated Night Vision gun.
