FLY FISHING for TROUT in Northumberland, England/ CATCH and COOK

We decided to take a trip to Northumberland to do some fly fishing for the weekend. I ended up landing a rainbow trout which I prepared in beer batter and actually ended up cooking a decent restaurant style fish and chips (while enjoying an ice cold beer).There is nothing better than spending time in nature and grounding yourself after a hard week at work.
