Wisconsin judge moves to dismiss federal charges against her in immigration case

A federal grand jury has indicted Wisconsin Judge Hannah Dugan, who is accused of helping a man evade immigration authorities. Dugan and her lawyers are moving to dismiss the case. CBS News Department of Justice correspondent Scott MacFarlane has the details.
