If you are building a house using Hebel wall panels, then amongst all its advantages, you will have to embrace a major FLAW.
You will find that there is no engineered solution to drain out any water that manages to penetrate the HEBEL wall panels back out to the exterior. Most Hebel wall construction will get away with this flaw without and much impact.

But if Hebel wall panels are used for an upper storey wall which is setback from the lower walls - then expect to suffer the consequences of roof leaks that are expensive to repair.
