One of the rare food stall in Fukuoka city is "Tomochan". Before they open their store, they must pray to Shinto shrine to absorb the best luck from god. Thanks to this ritual, they have been able to run their food stall for a long time in the central of Fukuoka. Basically, Japanese people do not have any religion, but they really esteem what they believe.

今回ご紹介するのは、毎日営業前に神棚にお祈りをする屋台、ともちゃんです。
取り扱っている食材にはこだわりを持ち、屋台でも最高の風味を味わうことができるのは福岡ではここだけ。
夏の暑い日にだからこそ外でいただく食材は一風変わったものが体験できる。

It takes so much time to install his shop, cook and clean. To uninstall the shop again at the end of the night. Then to do prep work from home ! Respect for you sir. Thank you for sharing.

these food stalls remind me of some restaurants having tables outside for customers to sit & eat. its nice to have someone cook the foods to eat dinner under the stars.

ラーメンだったり、おでん、焼き鳥全てが美味しく感じてしまう。
料理って、目で見て、匂いで感じて、耳で捉えて、外側から来る情報を頭の中で処理して楽しむ事の、全てが屋台に凝縮している。義理人情だったり生活の生きざまだったり、調味料が溢れている様な感じがする。だから美味しく感じる‼️

Setting-up the store taking much of their time in the daily business operation and it is not an easy job to be handled by only oneself.
Further workload included preparation of those ingredients at home which is not seen over the video clip . It is just amazed to see how life is treating them daily . May God Blessed him with good health & Strength......
Putting a food stall together than taking it apart everyday just to earn a living selling there great food lot of hardwork and dedication. 👍🇺🇸
