今作では前作の2年後
1952年の日本の長崎とオランダの２つの舞台でストーリーが展開される。

【あらすじ】
悪の組織「クラマ会」から日本を守った乙女遊撃団。
その隊長である神座 十一郎の新たな任務は
大戦後の動乱の世界をコントロールするために
ヨーロッパを中心に暗躍する悪の組織を突き止めることだった。

強い「勇力」を持ち、オランダにルーツを持つ長崎の女性「和泉 ありか」
同じく日本空軍所属の鋼鉄兵器パイロット「南大路 火花」とともに
オランダ政府が擁立した組織「和蘭遊撃団」を指揮するため
表向きは日蘭の友好留学としてオランダに向かうのであった。
