The fact that people came to this video, to ease their own anxiety, but then started leaving encouraging messages for others also struggling, is so heartwarming. It’s like they came for their own salvation but made sure to leave comfort for others too, while struggling themselves. Thank you. This is what humanity should be.

I've been listening to this music and waves for many nights to help me rest. I struggle to fall asleep because of pain.
