Actors in video games (especially the open-world RPG variety) often have to voice multiple characters. This is virtually unavoidable, considering there could be thousands of NPCs in a given game world. But how confusing must it be when a character in the game hears multiple characters saying the same things in the same voice (sometimes at the same time)? And it doesn't help when that character happens to be a tad crazy to begin with.
