लेकिन यहाँ कामाक्षी को उका व्यवहार कुछ अटपटा लगा और अपने मातापिता को बता दिया कि वो हिमांशु से शादी नहीं करना चाहती लेकिन इसके बाद हिमांशु ने फिर झूठ बोलकर उनकी बेटी को दिल्ली बुलाया कि उनके माता पिता उनसे मिलना चाहते हैं।
और 31 दिसंबर को दोनों कि दिल्ली में मुलाक़ात हुई लेकिन काफी देर तक इंतजार कराने के बाद भी माता-पिता से नहीं मिलवाया। यहाँ भी उसने कुछ फोटों खींचीं। इसके बाद कामाक्षी को शक हुआ और उन्होंने शादी से इंकार कर दिया लेकिन हिमांशु ने उनका घर तक पीछा किया और अपनी पत्नी बताकर हंगामा किया|
पीड़ित की शिकायत के मुताबिक हिमांशु ने उनकी बेटी के बैच के अधिकारियों को WhatsApp और Instagram ID पर मेसेज भेजने शुरू कर दिए और अपनी पत्नी बताने लगा।
