In this episode of The Resilient Show, Chad Robichaux is joined by former Navy SEAL, Naval Special Warfare Development Group (DEVGRU), and co-founder of GBRS Group, Cole Fackler.
From surfing as a teenager in Virginia Beach to leading one of the most innovative tactical companies in the world, Cole shares his journey through elite special operations, founding GBRS Group, and transforming combat experience into life-saving training and gear. Cole opens up about his first gunfight, the brutal intensity of green team, what makes true leadership in war, and how he's using failure and fear to shape the next generation.
Cole Fackler is a former U.S. Navy SEAL who served for 17 years in Naval Special Warfare. During his military career, he was a member of SEAL Team 10 and later joined the elite Naval Special Warfare Development Group (DEVGRU). After sustaining injuries from his intense deployment schedule, he was medically retired from the Navy. Cole went on to found GBRS Group a company specializing in tactical training and gear alongside teammate DJ Shipley.

We all understand DJ is the “face”of GBRS but Cole is a big part of GBRS and I hate to say overshadowed. More reclusive, but people can tell he has many layers and truly want to see those layers! Especially after the Patrick Bet David pod, Cole people are just drawn to your coolness, calmness, and the way you carry yourself. Be proud of it and just from watching you on Mike Ritlands Podcast back in the day you have grown so much being on camera!! I hope you see this and just like in baseball, “give the people what they came for!!” GBRS is great! Burn the Ships!!!
