A Canadian Donair is an absolute classic!

When cultures mix, so do our foods, and new, amazing tastes are created! This Canadian take on a Doner Kebab, Greek Gyro, and similar foods is a definitely classic and so Canadian! Using beef instead of lamb or pork, this tasty meal was created in Halifax, Nova Scotia in the early 1970's, and has stood the test of time! You can easily make this at home, and its the perfect meal to customize to your own liking! Don't forget the Donair sauce!
