Sabudana vada recipe :
Ingredients:
Sabudana (sago, tapioca pearl) - 1 cup
Water - 1 cup for soaking
Ginger - 1 inch
Green chilly - 2
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Cumin (jeera) - 3/4 tsp
Sendha namak (rock salt) - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - 1 tsp, finely chopped
Coriander leaves - 3 tbsp, finely chopped
Roasted peanut crush - 1/4 cup
Boiled potato - 3, medium size

Sabudana kheer recipe :
Ingredients:
Sabudana (sago) - 1/4 cup
Full cream milk - 1/2 litre (500 ml)
Condensed milk - 1/4 cup (or sugar 1/4 cup)
Ghee - 1 tsp
Mix dry fruits - 2-3 tbsp, chopped
Pinch of kesar (saffron)
