Don't❌ shoot the messenger.

I'm just a guy who wants to achieve financial independence💸 so I can help out my family and get my time back and help others ride that elevator up to the top⬆️ floor as well.

This tax loophole is one that I learned in my second✌️ year as an entrepreneur that blew my mind.

It is not only because it was created to help people during a golf tournament who are renting out their homes🏠 to other people that couldn't get a hotel and back when Airbnb didn't exist.

And so the market adjusted and started to offer hospitality to these people attending a golf⛳ tournament.

Finally, after seeing👀 so much momentum around this golf tournament and awareness, the government and IRS decided to say that, hey, for 14 days out of the year.

Because that's how long the golf tournament was. It was 14 days.

You can rent out your home🏠 to a business and not have to pay taxes on that income.

So those homeowners who were providing a service to a golf tournament had their word heard and benefited from it.

And we can benefit fit from it, too.

Or your parents👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 .

Or your friends.

Or your family.

Be creative.
