Earl Grey Hot Chocolate

1 tablespoon earl grey tea or 2 tea bag
1/2 cup water
3 tablespoons chocolate sauce
1 cup half & half or milk

1/4 cup heavy cream
2 teaspoons sugar

Steep tea in hot water for 5 minutes.

While the tea is steeping, make whipped cream by whisking together heavy cream and sugar using a handheld milk frother.

After the steep, strain tea or remove tea bags. Heat and froth earl grey tea, milk, salt, and chocolate sauce in an electric milk frother.

Assemble drink my pouring earl grey hot chocolate into a mug, then topping it with the whipped cream.
