In the next episode of the CG Show, I had the pleasure of chatting with Beau Arfi from Maple Property Group. We discussed how launching a business can be a daunting task, and the pressure to make everything perfect can be overwhelming. However, waiting for your product or service to be perfect before launching your business can actually be counterproductive. In reality, there is no such thing as a perfect product, and waiting for it to materialise can result in missed opportunities, loss of potential revenue, and ultimately, failure of the business. By launching early, you have the opportunity to learn from your mistakes, gather feedback from customers, and make changes accordingly. In doing so, you can adapt your product or service to meet the needs of your target audience, which will put you miles ahead than if you had waited for everything to be perfect before launching. The key is to have a growth mindset and embrace the concept of continuous improvement.
