Creepy Messages in Toree's Panic Pack

Toree is a little series created in honor of old school 3D platformers. Made during a 'Horror Game Jam', the first game incorporated weird and creepy elements that can be found again in pretty much every game from Siactro. Toree's Panic Pack continue the tradition by hiding disks around the levels that, when found, brings you to a really creepy screen with weird messages. What is the meaning of all this ? Who is the person concerned in the message ?
