This is an adaptive Moira debuff stadium build. There's a few items we can use to give Moira some game changing utility, and there's lots of different ways to apply them. Anti-heal on crits and slows on mass orbs.

By picking Ethereal Excision first, we can be active in the early rounds and still leave other build options open. This team had huge sustain so the debuff build was the obvious choice. Nearly everyone on their team has sustain and they also all utilise movement speed well.
