Wow this song is so emotionally moving. The way her voice breaks at the end when she said “I wish I hated you” 😭. This song is describing the end of her relationship. She wishes she would hate this person after everything but in reality she still holds some love but can’t admit it. When you truly loved somebody it’s hard to let that go so easily. You wish you could hate them, and wish they did you more wrong but reality is reality. It’s normal to feel this way towards somebody. I’m so glad Ariana included this on the album because this is such a humanistic thing, it’s so emotionally moving ❤
