Thank you for this video I find it so hard to study and stay motivated working unless i am in an environment which encourages me, I've tried listening to music, meditation, white noise, or just plain silence and my ADHD gets too distracted unless i am in a classroom setting and at home it harder to find that.

it's so nice. i have seen only cafe music or only ambience, but i haven't seen mixed both. it's so nice.
