The members are Debi Prasad Mishra, Pradip Kumar Amat, Chandrasekhar Sahoo, Dr. Rajashree Mallick, Sarada Prasanna Jena, Sarmistha Sethi and Dr. Lopamudra Baxipatra Patnaik.
