Caramel Flan

Are you also such pudding lover like Mr. S and me? Whether caramel flan or original German pudding - I think you can never get enough of it 😆. Although this is a typical flan, many people also refer to it as a pudding. Caramel Flan is originally from Spain, but I didn't know that either before I googled it 🤣. Anyway, it's still one of my favorite desserts. So delicious and really tasty. Every time I made some, it was eaten away a short time later 😅.

• 500ml Milk
• 200g Whipping Cream (30% fat)
• 60g White Sugar
• 2 Egg Yolks
