I did the update yesterday. What was puzzling is that after reboot, the date of last update is showing November. Thank you for explaining why the date did not change. I thought something went wrong during the update process. Thanks again for your excellent explanation.

However, I wish the title of the video was: Important New Google Play system update for Millions of Samsung Galaxy Phones! - What's New? simply because of the fact that the other one is called "Security Update" (which this video is not about). Therefore your video title is misleading.
