Just watched the video and it was very insightful indeed. I remember watching the show at the time and we were all appalled by his behaviour but I had no knowledge of narcissist behaviour then. With fresh eyes now it was so obvious, he is in your face with it, the unrepentant narcissist! you wonder how he got away with it for so long. I see narcissistic behaviour in a lot of people now, it's actually scary sometimes. I hope as a society we can be more aware of these behaviours and teach other on how to pick up on it. I also hope we can prevent the same mistakes being repeated to protect our children. Let's not raise another generation of narcissists.

I really really hated that Casey got so much of the blame for getting involved with him again after Jasmine left, completely overlooking that she was trapped with a very good manipulator who had already seduced her. It was nice to hear you point out that she's shows very kind empathetic traits. Again and again to separate from him peacefully, and even support him being happy with Jasmine despite being hurt. He just wouldn't let her go.

Well done!!! So well explained too! The smearing campaign was the most appealing for me as I have grown up with a narc mother. The smearing has made me isolated from everyone. I had no friends and even questioned my own sanity. Becoming a teenager I knew that this woman was coming from hell just to tear me down. I fought back and ruined her character by telling people what she was doing behind doors including the social worker. Those late-night adult movies that she loved watching thinking we did not know... Once I started speaking up about these "Tabou" to people and shaming her for behaviour she got quiet I also learnt to curse her badly. Recovery from those people takes time.

He IS two-faced. If you watch the "Fly By II" video, it's towards the end. I try to focus on Duncan and Antony mostly. He gave Duncan a dirty look when Duncan ad-libs "Hands high" and goes all over the camera. He's then like waving his arms trying to get into the camera but Antony moves a wee bit while raising his arm up while Duncan is clapping/raising his arms up and Simon just clapping in the last shot. And the "If You Come Back" video as well in the bridge ("Then we can be as one").

9:55 the look of that woman's face as Lee's chatting his creepy nonsense says it all. She's outwardly agreeing with him to placate, but she's got a disgusted disbelieving expression (that of course he doesn't notice), like "is this man for real?"

Fascinating and insightful breakdown. Lee's behaviour reminds me of the popular Premier League footballer Jack Grealish when he's around women---you would have a lot to analyse and work with if you did a video on him👀🙏

Also, this is mere conjecture, but I think the Gorillaz character 2D might partially be a popstar parody based on Lee Ryan. Some striking similarities...

6:20 that scene looks uncomfortably close to lack of consent or assault. She doesn't seem into sharing physical intimacy with him, radiates discomfort and shock, and insists he leave the bed. If Lee hadn't got out of bed when she asked or carried on touching (and he almost didn't relent), it would be proof of SA on film.

Lee Ryan is openly bisexual, and has dated a few men publicly. Would be fascinated to know if he's ever tried to pull any of this bait-and-switch chicanery on other men? Or if he doesn't see men as weak or stupid or gullible like he does women. Or if he's afraid of backlash physical or otherwise from his own sex...
