In this video, I show you 4 juggling freestyle skills and give you tips to help you learn how to do them yourself! These moves are around the world in both directions, as well as hop the world and how to do double around the worlds. While you’ll never use these moves in a game, juggling is important for footballers since it will help improve your ball control, first touch, and will make you more confident on the ball which will help you play to your best in games!
