I love how every single topic in all these re-releases is still relevant and barely anything has changed for the better 😬😀
I can confirm I have been receiving so many blessings from the seeds I’ve planted with Our Lady of Perpetual Exemption. Many blessings on Pastor John.
I have a sad feeling that as old as it is, this one's gonna be relevant for a good while longer
18:13 oh how times have changed. Apple Watch is now widely accepted as wristwear, and multiple phone manufacturers have released “flip” phones
I used to watch LWT on Roku, then i got divorced and kinda forgot about this show. So happy it popped up in my recommended vids to watch! Now i get to catch up on quite a few of them. Plus, i need a laugh today and John never disappoints. 😊
Clearly the last episode was a rerun, but this one is the original broadcast. You can tell because the phone number and mailing address weren’t redacted at the end of this episode, but they were in the last episode.
A reminder how little we've grown in 10 years, and how much we've actually started backsliding since then. How Trump won out of all the other candidates we had for 2016 will remain a mystery to my mind.
Religion has become a political shield for protecting bigots.
Republicans can't seem to answer "yes or no" questions with a simple yes or a simple no. 🤔
I always wonder how businesses with so-called "Christian" beliefs, who refuse to serve LGBTQA+ people (like the wedding cake maker in the video) would feel if I, as an atheist, said, sorry, I'm not serving YOU because your lifestyle goes against MY beliefs?
We must John our Oliver in celebration of this moment, boys.
It's sad watching this and experiencing what's still going on now. Pride month is going to be simultaneously great and hard. We'll have community, but I'm anticipating even more hate too
Ahahaha I wasn't paying attention to the season stuff and thought this was the latest episode. I'm like "Oh, he died his hair, I wonder why?"
Thank you for helping me feel like I can time travel to a Sunday night in 2015 and enjoy this Brand new episode!
At this point I am very invested in the saga of the most patient man on the planet.
"bowl, kneel, sit, stand or What ever the fnck it is church does" That Made me laugh so Hard 🤣
Someone should theme their wedding as "Stolen Office Supplies" and invite John Oliver
My response to the whole "being gay is a choice" crap is this; "So why are you straight?"
John Oliver couldn't believe the anti-LGBT behavior "in this day and age" in 2015 — which is good because we should all be appalled that some people still behave in such backwards ways. But in 2024 I live in a state that I'm pretty sure still has sundown towns, which are places where non-whites are not welcome. I don’t know that I’ve ever been embarrassed to be bi, but places like sundown towns make me embarrassed to be white and American.
The fact they censored the donation number in the last ep, but not in this one XD
