1 tablespoon olive oil
150 gr sour cream
1 garlic clove
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon dill
Salt

Peel the carrots and slice them thinly, and also slice the cucumber thinly.
For the salad dressing, mix the sour cream, olive oil, grated garlic, dill (you can use fresh or dried dill), and salt well.
Add the salad dressing to the carrots and cucumber and mix well.
