We will first define IAM certification and discuss their role within the identity and access management field.

The advantages of IAM certifications will next be discussed, including how they can keep you in compliance with industry rules and standards and how they can reassure your clients and business partners that your company takes security seriously.

We'll also talk about the difficulties with IAM certifications, like pushing a campaign to the end of the year or technical permissions that managers don’t understand.

Lastly, I’ll share some of my opinions on how to make certification campaigns more accepted within your organization.
