[Recipe] 1 unit of 12cm type
Yogurt 400g x 2 packs
Sugar 90g
2 eggs
Thin powder 25g
100g of milk
1 Drain the yogurt so that it is less than 400g in total.
2 Add sugar and eggs to drained yogurt, mix, and sift in flour.
After mixing until the dam is gone, add milk.
3 Rub the dough with a net and pour it into a mold with a cooking sheet.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in an oven preheated to 240℃.
If there is an upper or middle shelf in the oven, put it there, and watch the situation while turning the mold in the middle so that the entire surface is browned.
When the whole thing is browned, grate it to the bottom and bake until the time.
