Healthy eating can get so overwhelming and restrictions make our cravings even stronger! Instead of restricting, here are the cleanest versions of all your favorites: chips, pasta, cookies, brownies, ice cream, and more.

My lifestyle is inspired by foods and activities that support my metabolism (pro-metabolic eating + living). I eat grass-fed meats, sourdough, eggs, raw dairy, fruit, collagen, gelatin, bone broth, raw honey, and properly cooked grains. I'm regaining my energy, my skin is better than ever, I'm handling stress well and I finally feel like I'm living...not constantly judging myself, restricting, and suffering. A few women who taught me what I know: Kori Malloy, Noelle Kovary, Fallon Dae, and Jessica Ash Wellness(they all have Instagram packed with good info).
