Aquatics - Seated LAQ
Sit on a step that allows your knees to be bent 90 degrees and feet to be resting above the pool floor. Squeeze your quad muscle (on the top of your thigh) as you slowly extend your knee until it is as straight as you can make it, hold as directed, then slowly lower.
You may alternate legs, or you may only perform this on the affected knee. Perform as directed by your physical therapist.
