Training your shoulders but they're not growing? Shoulders not getting stronger?
Give this awesome shoulder exercise a try!
It's a single arm kneeling dumbbell press!
Here's what I love about this exercise:
1. You can't cheat! Unlike other types of shoulder pressing exercises where you can use your legs to help you press the weight up, you have to keep strict form on this exercise.
2. As an older bodybuilder, I love the double benefit I get from this exercise. You get a great pump in your deltoids on the side you are performing the pressing on. However, you also strengthen your core and balance on the opposite side. The core muscles on the opposite are activated to support your spine while you press!
Use a weight that allows you to perform 10-12 reps. Perform 3 sets with each arm.
