Korean rice cakes are a memorable snack for Koreans who have eaten at least once in their school days. The slightly addictive tteokbokki sauce is fantastic with its sweet and tangy spiciness. Be sure to make it. You can enjoy it without regret.
▷Materials
-Tteokbokki rice cake 290g(Korean rice cakes)
3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp tomato sauce(ketchup)
1 tbsp red pepper paste(gochujang)
1/2 tbsp soy sauce
50ml water
-cooking oil
nut powder
wooden skewers
1 tbsp = 15 ml
▷Tip
For ingredients, I wrote down the amount I used. Adjust the amount of material to make it flexible.
If the tteokbokki rice cake is hard, it should be blanched to make it soft. That way it will stick well when you stick it on a wooden skewer.
When frying rice cakes in an oiled pan, apply enough oil to fry them as if they were fried, but be careful as the oil may splash and cause burns.
