Tom wore the FitBit Charge 5 for several weeks to determine its capability as a sleep tracker. But it begged a question: what does one actually DO with all of this sleep tracking data? How can wearing a FitBit actually improve or change our sleep?
So in this video, Tom explores some of the FitBit’s features and suggests some ways to use sleep tracking data to influence behavior and improve our sleep.
