It is made in the evening the day before and it grows all night. Thanks to the long rising it takes on a slightly acidic aftertaste and a wonderful texture. I highly recommend it, you will not regret it.
Ingredients:
600 g of flour
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of sugar
25 g of fresh yeast
450 ml of warm water
