🛒 Ingredients:

Doner meat:

400g smoked tofu
3 cloves garlic
1 red onion
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Italian herbs

Topping:

Cucumber
Tomato
Soy yogurt
Parsley

Flatbread

👨‍🍳 Preparation:

1. Cut the smoked tofu into thin slices with a vegetable peeler and place it in a bowl with soy sauce, paprika, crushed garlic, diced red onion, and Italian herbs. Mix well.

2. Then fry in plenty of oil. That's it. It's done!

I then mixed soy yogurt with salt and parsley and diced tomatoes and cucumber. I then packed it all into these small, delicious flatbreads from Lidl (bakery shop) and had a first-class kebab experience!
