This video can help you get the highest scores on your PADI CESA skill during your IDC Course and IE. During your PADI Divemaster course you also have to do a Skill Circuit. Demonstrating the CESA skill like shown in this video will also grant you the highest score during your PADI Divemaster Course.

Steps for demonstrating the CESA skill during your Skill Circuit of the New Revised IDC Course:

1. Get neutrally buoyant
2. Simulate ascent position
3. Take 3 deep breaths in and out
4. On the third breath start swimming slowly swim while continuously making the sound
5. In the end of your CESA demonstration, remind your students to swim for 9 meters
