Our house is filled with Panasonic products, but both our microwaves are Hitachi.
The induction cooker in the kitchen is a Panasonic triple wide induction cooker, and since we don't have a fish grill, we've always grilled fish in the microwave.
Using the superheated steam function makes it nice and crispy.
