Chickens gonna chicken! Chickens do a lot of weird things that don't make much sense to people. They get set in their habits and stick to them no matter what. My backyard chickens like to sleep in trees and eat beans in my garden. They can't find the wide open gate back to their run but they can find the tiniest hole in the garden fence so they can eat all the tomatoes. They all want to lay in just one nestbox no matter how many you give them. Chicken behavior is half frustrating and half amusing, but sometimes chickens are just gonna chicken! What sort of crazy antics do your chickens get up to?
