"Hello everybody, this is Marcel from lovely Germany. I'm a professional performance coach. I stumbled across Clark’s videos, and there was something about the way he delivered ideas and mindset that was different from other people. My biggest breakthrough in the program? That's pretty tough, there were just too many. One specific moment where I realized that I shifted into my 2.0 identity was in week four. I had an annual meeting conversation with my bosses where we spoke about my work, how they see my work, how I see my work, and in the end, it came down to my salary.

There were two things that stood out for me. One was the overall just confidence, lightness, and ease in the overall conversation. I felt I’m worth it to be there. I’m worthy to be there. I'm not taking time away from these guys because they are so busy, you know, these powerful guys. Oh my God, they're taking time really for me? No, I have a responsible position in this club here. I did a great job, so I expect these guys to take their time to hear me and to hear my ideas, and everything. This felt so amazing and so different compared to a very similar conversation I had like one year ago.

And the second one was, so when they asked me about the salary that I wanted, I said a salary that probably some weeks ago I would just never ever have said because I would have guessed, thought, 'Oh Marcel, no mate, you can't just ask for that money, who are you, man? Easy man, just be humble, man, just don't ask for too much. You got a safe job, they like you, you know, stay grounded, man. Who are you, man? Maybe in two or three years you're ready, right? But not now.' So this would have been my mindset even some weeks ago, but now I was there, I was fully aware of what I bring to the table, what I bring to the job. So I asked for that specific price, and I didn't care what they were thinking if I'm mad or crazy or whatever. And guess what? They took it, they were fine with it, and they kind of like accepted what I have said. The way they received my message just felt incredible, just simply 2.0.

What advice would I give somebody on the fence and thinking, 'Should I do it, will not do it?' Well, I want to ask you something. How many videos have you watched on YouTube about personal growth? How many podcasts have you listened to in the bus, in the train, in the car about any professional growth, about stuff you should do, you should implement? How many blogs did you read? How many pieces of advice did you see on social media about what you should do if you want to change and whatever? Okay, please answer that. And now I ask you the second question: What did change? And if I think about that, well, you know, we consume so much information, but we never do something. Why? Because I strongly believe now, more than ever, like free information is like BS. You will never ever do something. If you want to take yourself seriously, I think you should invest in yourself. And also, you're in the program, and you work with somebody else, you work with a coach who is tremendous. You got to work on these things, you got to work with people, you got to do some exercise and really be in the process. And if you only consume, consume, consume but never do something, there will never be any change. You can do so much, but if you don't change your identity, if you don't change your beliefs, your mindset, everything else will be just so much harder. And Metamorphic, like in the program, you work on the identity, just the shifting, the changes you see in your overall every area of your life, not only in work, but also in relationship, business, love, and finance, everything just blossoms. So that's why it's like so great to be part of the program. Yeah, I got to say, even right now, even after some weeks, I want to say thank you so much for developing this program, for being there for us, for truly caring, creating this community where we connect and help support, laugh with each other. I think it's incredible. I'm proud to be part of this great community, and I can't wait where it's taking everybody of us next."
