Ingredients:
3 eggs.
Salt.
Cabbage 600 grams / 21 oz.
Water 500 ml.
Cook 15 minutes.
Rice 1/2 cup.
Salt.
Hot water 1 cup.
Cook 10 minutes.
Vegetable oil.
1 onion.
1 carrot.
Tomato puree 200 ml./6.6 oz.
Water 200 ml./6.6 oz.
Salt.
Paprika.
2 cloves garlic.
Italian herbs.
Soya mince 150 g / 5.3 oz.
Add water if necessary.
Cook for 2 minutes.
Parsley.
Dill.
Stir well.
Add 4 tbsp rice flour.
Cook until golden brown.
Tomato.
Dill.
Mozzarella 100 g / 3.5 oz.
Salt.
Mozzarella 50 g / 1.75 oz.
Cook at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Vegetable oil.
Sauce:
Butter 20-25 g / 0.7 oz.
Flour 1 tbsp.
Milk 250 ml / 8.45 oz.
Gouda cheese 50 grams / 1.75 oz.
Nutmeg.
