GOD OF WAR RAGNAROK I’m on my second journey through God of War Ragnarok as I await the Spring release of New Game + from Santa Monica Studios. I decided to try to battle through the game using only two armor builds. I opted to begin the game with standard armor set until the Gauntlet of Radiance (Realm Shift) Armor. My ultimate goal was to uncover Lunda’s Poison armor set located in 3 separate locations on the River Delta in Svartelfheim. I was able to recover this Level 5 Armor at Level 3 progression. This second playthrough has uncovered some really cool moments, however I am ready and waiting with my first saved data to get started on New Game Plus. I was able to 100% my first play though on Give Me God of War Mode and so now I’m just playing through to pass the time and make content for my channel. My hope is that they remove all of the companion dialogue related to puzzles and maybe give us some new ones, although I haven’t heard of any leaks yet.
I was able to play with some glitches on my first few months before Santa Monica Studios released the latest update removing the enemy spawn issue. After getting the Berserker Cuirass from the 3 Berserker in Alfheim, I was able to absolutely destroy most enemies quickly when paired with Lunda’s Waist and Wrist Armor. If you can fight them with Freya as your companion, then you can take advantage of her Seidr Poison Runic Summon. The Berserker Cuirass causes insane damage if used in tandem with your Relic Selection. I typically use the Realm Shift Relic (Hilt of Hofud) I think…. This allows your enemies to stay put while the poison hits them and then Kratos does some serious damage. The downside is if you get hit for the duration of Soulless Warrior (The activated Berserker Cuirass name) you are pretty much dead.
