Balık Dürüm is one of the more iconic single items you could ever want to eat in Istanbul. I found what seems to be the best choice of street cart, and Li and I enjoy a very cool walk to find it. After the extremely tasty mackerel fish wraps, we continue on through the market streets to find another type of meat-and-bread combination - the Burek - together making a perfect combo meal of the Best Street Foods in Istanbul.

Although the recipes are simple, I think food like this could easily be taken home as a 'favorite meal' of a trip. Maybe you could actually try to take some home but... maybe its better left instead as a reason to return ASAP to Türkiye! We love this food, and I think this video is a pretty good description of some of the reasons why.

Also, kudos to Li for what I think is possibly the coolest thumbnail ever! I love this one, what do you think?
