DeWanna Bonner sank two foul shots in the final minutes of the Indiana Fever's 93-58 opening win over the Chicago Sky on Saturday that made history. She moved into their all-time in WNBA history — behind only Diana Taurasi and Tina Charles — in scoring. She now has 7,489 points.

Bonner, who entered the league in 2009, has seen it all. And took a moment to appreciate how far both she and the league have come. Her teammates wanted to make sure she made history, along with getting the win.

After the win, she was reflective about the moment — and still in awe of the home crowd for the Fever, a sellout crowd of 17,274.
