Carve your Chest with Incline DB Bench Press ⚠️

Here are the 5 main Form Tips you want to be aware of when performing this exercise.

Step #1: Start with the Dumbbells on your Knees and Lift your Knees Up as you Kick the Dumbbells back so you’re in preserve the energy for the set.

Step #2: Bring your Knees Out and Squeeze your Glutes, so you’re stabilized at the Bottom.

Step #3: Keep your Wrists Stacked Over your Forearms so you can protect yourself from Wrist Pain. ⚠️

Step #4: Keep your Chest Up, and Squeeze your Shoulder Blades as if you have a Lemon in between. This will put you in proper chest contraction. ✅

Step #5: Lastly, Avoid your Forearms Callopsing into your Chest, Focus on Keeping your Forearms Perpendicular to the Floor.

Using a combination of all 5 will be killer in growing your Upper Chest.
