Removable Tornavoz Experiment No. 2 - Canço del lladre

I did something a little different in this experiment...instead of switching back and forth between the sounds with the tornavoz and without, I decided to just record a whole piece that I had already recorded for comparison. This tornavoz is 3.25" deep and .005" thick. So it's a lot deeper but also quite thinner than the first one. I was amazed to see that it lowered the resonance from a G to somewhere between a B and a C! It can be hard to tell on the recording but to me it's pretty obvious that there's a bass boost - especially with over ear headphones.

I tried my best to keep the experiment scientific by using the same guitar, strings, pitch, recorder, etc. But...it's really hard to eliminate all variations...I ended up playing a bit more slowly here for some reason and it sounds ever so slightly quieter also.
